राजाभाऊ खुप जोरात मोठ्यांने रिक्षावाल्यावर उत्तेजित होत ओरडले. क्षणभर त्यांना व राजाभाऊंच्या बायकोला कळेना काय झाले असावे ?
"उजवी कडे गल्लीत गाडी वळवा."
गाडी वळली आणि ....
ज्यांच्या दारी किंबहुना खिडकीत हे निसर्गाचे देखणे, सुंदर ऐश्वर्य फुलले आहेत ती माणसे किती नशिबवान म्हणायला हवी. या बहरलेल्या बहावाच्या सानिध्यात ह्या दिवसाचे सोने होत असेल.

Knowing your profile photo, I was expecting a post on Laburnum.
I noticed the flowers for the first time, bet' Vikhroli - Ghatkopar station adjacent to railway line, 8/10 trees in a line. Saw a longer line of these trees on Poona Express way, just beyond New Mumbai. I wonder if Laburnum Raod from Grant Road has any Laburnum trees! I also remember seeing a white color variety at Nehru Sciene Center, Worli.
These flowers are very important in the pooja performed by malayalam people in the early hours of 14th april, to celebrate their new year.
Last year, when I shifted to a new office, tree near the premises bloomed in January only, as if it was eager to tell me "mi aahe ithe"!

Friday on the way to Pune my wife showed me those tress in full bloom.
I think malayalam people call tis flowers Vishu. I stay in Grant Road and I have never seen any flower at Laburnum road.
