Add
colour to your diners' experience with tasty Holi dishes on the festival of
colours. Holi is a time for eating delicious food and exchanging sweets and
presents, in addition to covering each other with vibrant colours. And on this
Holi, I have decided something different i.e.
Rang
Barse Sweet Potato Kheer
Ingredients –
2-Sweet
potato, 6-Chopped Almonds, 6-Chopped
Cashew, 200gms Nestlé MILKMAID, 2 Cup Milk, 6-7 Saffron threads, , Charoli ,
Cardamom powder.
Recipe –
·
Peel and
cut sweet potato in small pieces.
·
Add milk
and cook in Pressure Cooker till 3 whistles.
·
Smash the
Sweet Potato and add 200 gms Nestlé MILKMAID and boil for 2 minutes.
·
Add
Almonds, Saffron threads, Charoli and Cardamom
powder
· Garnish with Rose petals, almond, & Cashew.
Kheer is
ready for the Festival of Colours with lovely, vibrant colours.
I can use all the colourful ingredients I wish and not even feel guilty about it! My sweet tooth is going to be very happy this Holi! Can't wait.
