GREEN GRAM CHAAT

2 Cups tender fresh green gram, shelled
2 tomatoes, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
2 green chilies, chopped fine
2 tbsp coriander, chopped fine
¼ tsp cumin, roasted, powdered
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp ginger grated

Mix all ingredients. Toss well. Serve and enjoy

YOU COULD ROAST THE PODS PRIOR TO SHELLING FOR A VARIATION OR DAMPEN AND MICROWAVE FOR A MINUTE
