Healthy snack, cheap snack, quick snack
Ingredients:
½ kg Kurmure (Mamara)
½ kg Jaggary
Roasted Peanuts (skin them)
Kismish
Kharik
Cardamoms powder
Ghee
Method
Clean Kurmure
Mix Kurmure, Skinned roasted peanuts, Kismish, Kharik, Cardamoms powder together
Heat Ghee in a large vessel,
Add Jaggary and heat it on a medium flame till it melts
Remove vessel from Gas and transfer the Kurmure mixture to the vessel when the jaggery is hot. Keep on stirring while transferring.
Make Ladoos when the mixture is still warm.
Eat it.

This is one of my all time fav dish. Mom makes this for Shrikrishna Janmashtami. I loooove it :).
